Most of our products are one off individual designs, therefore all designs may vary.
We endeavour to create an excellent user experience of our website, however sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and we will also correct it as soon as possible
All items are delivered in their own silk bag, which also must be returned with the returning item. Without it, no refund will be issued.
Once an item is worn, we can no longer receive it as a return item.
No abuse of bullying of any kind will be tolerated on any of the ChakaHindi social media sites.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (14 days from the date of purchase, inclusive of weekends)
Reason for the return,: The product must be unworn with the label still attached and returned without any damage, such as make-up or perfumes on the fabric.
Reason for the return: Please state the reason for the return on the slip provided.
Process for the return is to complete the return slip and send it with your product back to ChakaHindi by recorded delivery
Process of refund: As soon as the product is received, we will issue a refund back to the method of payment

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
